Γεννήθηκε το 1974 στον Βόλο. Μεγάλωσε στη Λάρισα και σπούδασε στην Αθήνα και την Αγγλία. Ζει στην Αθήνα, με τον Στέφανο, τους δυο γιους τους, Ανδρέα και Γιωργή, και τον σκύλο τους, τον Σέρλοκ, ανάμεσα σε βιβλία και μουσική.
